authentik Enterprise provides dedicated support for subscriptions over US$1000 per year, with a Support center where you can open and track tickets.
Managing tickets
To access the Support center, log in to the Customer Portal, then click Support in the top menu.

Product version support
We support the current, released version of authentik and one version back (including all major, minor, and patch versions).
